Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand plans and strategies.
  • Support Brand Manager in creating annual marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve market position.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to develop marketing materials, including advertisement materials, packaging
  • Ensure that all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to support new product launches.
  • Assist in the creation of product positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on market feedback.
  • Work closely with sales, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support internal teams with necessary brand-related information and materials.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as suppliers and agencies, to execute brand initiatives.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Track expenses and provide regular budget updates to the Brand Manager.
  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance, including sales data, market share, and campaign results.
  • Use analytics tools to measure the success of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or consumer products industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen) is a plus.
  • Passion for branding, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
