Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer specializing in Electrical Power Systems to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects related to the design and implementation of electrical panels, transformers, and industrial power systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Design and review electrical systems including power distribution panels, transformers, and factory electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site visits for installation supervision, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrical Power major preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in electrical system design and project management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN) and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of electrical standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE, local codes).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
