Job Description
- Conduct detailed market surveys and analyze trends to identify potential new and existing customer groups for freshwater products.
- Develop and implement strategic market expansion plans aligned with business targets and regional demands.
- Manage the full sales cycle from receiving orders to coordinating product delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers, including follow-ups on payment schedules, addressing inquiries, and providing comprehensive after-sales support to strengthen client relationships.
- Offer expert advice to clients about product storage and handling to maximize product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain operational efficiency by managing expenses within the distribution center and ensuring accuracy in all sales documents, including invoicing and price announcements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to optimize sales processes and customer service delivery.
- Leverage computer skills (at least basic level A) to utilize sales software and reporting tools effectively.
- Comply with company policies regarding travel and work schedules, including working six days per week with one designated day off, and managing logistics for travel across assigned regions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or other related fields.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive safely and responsibly.
- Readiness to travel extensively within assigned regions for client visits and market developments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to sales and administrative tasks.
Key Performance Indicator
Key Performance Indicators for this role include but are not limited to:
- Sales Growth: Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets within designated regions by developing new client accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Market Penetration: Successful expansion into new market segments and customer bases identified through market analysis.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction as measured by feedback surveys, repeat business rates, and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

- Payment Collection: Effectively managing the collection process, ensuring timely payments and reducing outstanding receivables.
