Job Purpose
Review and assess the human resources processes across various departments to ensure compliance with the laws, company's human resources management policies and procedures.
Job Description (Accountability)
- Monitor changes in company policies, laws, and requirements related to human resources management. Evaluate and update the evaluation manual and relevant procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Improve the annual human resources operational compliance plan and reports prepared within the specified timeframes.
- Summarize quarterly performance results.
- Provide consultation and recommendations in the human resources and labor processes to support practitioners in applying them correctly.
- Support the management of comprehensive human rights status assessments and human rights impact assessment processes.

Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree
- Field of study: Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Law, Human Resource Development, or related fields.
- 5-8 years of work experience
- Knowledge and understanding of policies, processes, and procedures related to human resource management
- Experience in evaluating labor standards, such as Social Accountability (SA 8000), Thai Labor Standards (TLS 8001), and management systems for labor protection and workplace safety (SEDEX, BSCI, Costco), etc.
- Understanding the needs and expectations of international customers in export business
- Coordinate, create understanding, and provide advice to all stakeholders
- Knowledge of human rights principles and ethical employment practices
