วัตถุประสงค์ของงาน

ทำหน้าที่เป็น Technical Consultant และ Technical Gatekeeper สำหรับ Application ที่พัฒนาด้วย AI, Vibe Coding, Low-code หรือ Code-based ก่อนนำขึ้น AEGIS โดยทบทวน Architecture, Business Logic, Authorization, Data Usage, Maintainability และ Production Readiness พร้อมให้คำปรึกษาแก่ Vibe Coder/Developer ตั้งแต่แนวคิดจนถึงการแก้ไข Finding

Job Description and Responsibilities

• ประเมินและจัดประเภท Application/Code เป็น Experiment, Team/Department หรือ Enterprise/Critical และเสนอ Tier/Approval Path ร่วมกับ Product Owner และ Security
• Review Solution Architecture, Application Design, API/Connector, Data Flow, Dependency, Error Handling, Scalability และ Deployment Model
• ตรวจสอบ Business Logic, Role and Access Control, Authorization Rule, Application Owner, Support Owner และ Lifecycle Owner ให้ครบถ้วน
• ตรวจว่า Application ใช้ Approved Connector, Platform Capability, White-listed AI Tool, Data Platform และทรัพยากรตามมาตรฐานองค์กร
• ทบทวน Source Code และ AI-generated Code ในประเด็น Code Quality, Maintainability, Dependency, Logging, Configuration, Testability และ Technical Debt
• เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้ Vibe Coder ในองค์กร ตั้งแต่การแตก Requirement, เลือก Architecture/Pattern, ออกแบบ Data/API, จัดการ Version และเตรียม Production Evidence
• Coach Vibe Coder ให้เข้าใจข้อจำกัดของ AI-generated Code ไม่ยอมรับ Code โดยไม่ตรวจสอบ และสามารถอธิบาย Logic/Dependency ของ Application ที่ตนเป็นเจ้าของได้
• ทบทวนหลักฐาน Functional Test, Integration Test, Negative Test, Backup/Recovery, Version Control, Change Record และ Rollback Plan
• ให้ Technical Approval Recommendation หรือส่งกลับแก้ไขเมื่อ Application ยังไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ Architecture, Quality หรือ Production Readiness
• จัดทำ Technical Review Checklist, Coding/Architecture Standard, Approved Pattern, Reference Architecture, Template และ Playbook สำหรับ Tech CoE
• ร่วมกับ Security Architect แปลง Security Guardrail ให้เป็นแนวทางที่ Vibe Coder และ Developer ใช้งานได้จริง
• สนับสนุน Technical Troubleshooting ระดับ L1/L1.5 และวิเคราะห์ว่าเป็น Application Defect, Design Issue, Configuration, Infrastructure หรือ Platform Defect
• ส่งต่อปัญหาด้าน Store/Platform Operations ให้ Product Delivery และปัญหา Platform Defect ให้ Muze พร้อมข้อมูลที่เพียงพอต่อการแก้ไข
• ติดตาม KPI เช่น Review Lead Time, Rework Rate, Defect Leakage, Reusable Pattern Adoption และจำนวน Builder ที่สามารถส่ง App ผ่าน Gate ได้

Qualifications

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปด้าน Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในงาน Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, Platform Engineering หรือ Application Modernization
• มีประสบการณ์พัฒนาและ Review Source Code, API, Database Design และ System Integration ได้จริง
• เข้าใจ SDLC, CI/CD, Git, Test Strategy, Release Management, Observability และ Production Support
• มีความรู้ Cloud/Container เช่น AWS, GCP, Kubernetes หรือ Container Platform รวมถึง Logging, Monitoring และ Secret Management
• เข้าใจ IAM, SSO, RBAC, API Security และ Data Classification ในระดับที่ Review Design และประสาน Security ได้
• สามารถให้คำปรึกษาและอธิบายเรื่องซับซ้อนแก่ Vibe Coder, Business User และ Developer ด้วยภาษาที่นำไปปฏิบัติได้
• สามารถแปลง Policy หรือ Requirement ให้เป็น Checklist, Standard, Template และ Approved Pattern
• มีทักษะวิเคราะห์ปัญหา End-to-end และทำงานข้ามทีมกับ Infrastructure, Security, Product Owner, Product Delivery และ Vendor
• มีประสบการณ์ AI-assisted Development, Vibe Coding, Low-code Platform, Internal Developer Platform หรือ App Marketplace จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• เป็นระดับ Experienced/Senior สามารถใช้ Independent Technical Judgment และ Challenge แนวทางที่มีความเสี่ยงได้อย่างสร้างสรรค์
