Job responsibilities
- Oversee and be responsible for procurement and customers across all channels (e.g., B2C and B2B).
- Manage the team, strategize, and plan operational activities with the team to achieve objectives.
- Participate in pricing meetings with relevant teams to ensure alignment with market conditions.
- Plan and negotiate business proposals with clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Allocate and control expenses to meet set targets.
- Analyze P&L performance and utilize insights for development and improvement to achieve targets.
- Analyze and control promotional expenses to meet targets.
- Analyze and present product information to partners' procurement departments, including new products, etc.
- Attend meetings and plan with relevant teams (e.g., Supply Chain and Logistics) to ensure effective communication and responsiveness to customer needs, such as Service Level.
- Manage issues and find improved solutions to enhance partner satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales in the FMCG / Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven track record in managing modern trade, food service, or HORECA accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good analytical thinking and ability to plan sales strategies effectively.
- Capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Result-oriented with good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-moving market environment.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Having own car and a valid driving license is an advantage.
