- Spearhead development of complex, enterprise-wide learning strategies that align with and drive long-term business objectives, propelling organizational performance and competitive advantage.
- Orchestrate collaboration with key stakeholders to identify critical capabilities, anticipate skill gaps, and integrate learning strategies into overarching business and talent development plans.
Needs Assessment and Solution Design
- Lead complex organizational assessments using advanced analytics to identify performance gaps and recommend strategic learning initiatives driving large-scale capability improvements.
- Design and oversee the implementation of innovative, scalable learning ecosystems and curricula that leverage cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, partnering with internal subject matter experts and external thought leaders to achieve transformative learning and development objectives.
