Job Description (Accountability)

Key responsibilities:

• Deploy Organization/HR strategy and design a variety of initiatives, projects and programs
• Develop solution, plan and drive change for successful implementation with related business units
• Work closely with management to gain direction for project development
• Conduct related research through various methods to identify problem, analyze and develop HR related solutions to formulate recommendations and action plans
• Manage initiatives as project manager

Experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experiences in Human Resources, Organization Development, Transformation or/and Consulting Advisory
• Intensive experience in HR solution development or/and change management
• Project management experiences and time management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working in an agile and collaborative environment
• Able to work independently with related parties
• Able to commute oversea
