Job Purpose

To manage and control the company's projects to successfully achieve objectives and strategies, emphasizing the management of resources in terms of finance, personnel, and technology to ensure projects are executed effectively and efficiently.

Job Description (Accountability)

1.Develop and plan project strategies appropriate to the objectives and requirements of customers.
2.Manage resources related to the project, such as budgets, personnel, and tools.
3.Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed as planned.
4.Manage project activities and control operations to meet goals and deadlines.
5.Prepare progress reports of projects and assess risks to promptly address issues.
6.Support project teams and provide technical advice to enhance work capabilities.

Experience

At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in project management in the food industry being advantageous.

Knowledge

1.Understanding of project management processes and tools.
2.Knowledge of project resource management, such as planning, budget control, and project stability management.
