Job Description: 

Job Purpose

Responsible for recording product purchase orders (creating Sale Orders), recording sales expense debts, recording purchases of equipment and property of the sales department, preparing labor costs. and various preliminary expenses to be completed on time.

Job Description (Accountability)

1. Tao Kae Lek Customer Orders
• Receive changes in orders from Tao Kae Lek customers.
• Record product orders in the SAP system, create sales orders, and ensure timely completion.
• Record expense information into the system using Park and Iexpense.
2. Asset and Equipment Management
• Record purchases of assets and equipment and follow up on the C1 system.
• Coordinate with the production planning department for advance product planning.
3. Sales Database and Product Information
• Create Sales and Supervisor as a sales database.
• Create product information into Sale View (Material).

Experience

Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in coordinating and analyzing data statistics.

Knowledge


• Business knowledge and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in using sales systems and technology.
• Data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SAP, Commerce One, and other relevant programs.

Skills Description

• Effective communication, contact, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in data presentation.
