Job Summary:
This role is responsible for strengthening the capabilities of the sales organization through strategic training programs, sales tools development, and performance enhancement initiatives. The incumbent will partner with key stakeholders to design structured learning roadmaps, implement impactful training solutions, and drive sales performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze sales team skills, competencies, and development needs across all levels.

  • Develop a structured and scalable sales training roadmap to enhance team performance and align with business goals.

  • Design and deliver training programs focusing on sales techniques, customer relationship management, and leadership development (both online and offline).

  • Create and implement effective sales tools, learning materials, and performance support systems.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using performance KPIs and continuously optimize learning impact.

  • Establish incentive and motivation schemes tailored to different sales roles to enhance engagement and productivity.

  • Collaborate closely with HRBP and Sales Leadership to create career development plans for high-potential employees.

  • Support organizational transformation initiatives to build a strong sales culture and sustainable capability framework.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales learning and development

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Training, Capability Development, or Commercial Excellence — preferably in FMCG or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and modern sales methodologies.

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing training and development programs.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable development plans.

  • Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, or digital training solutions is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in English and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
