Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution channels, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, promoting products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in assigned territories or channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned.
- Manage and expand customer base in designated areas (e.g., HORECA, Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Food Service)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Present and promote food & beverage products to customers and distributors.
- Negotiate prices, promotions, and trade terms to close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Support product launch activities and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt problem resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage industry).
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Service-minded, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of sales process and customer management.
- Able to travel and work in the field regularly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Own a car and a valid driving license (preferred).
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
