Job Purpose

The role of the Sales Specialist for Shrimp Feed at Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Co., Ltd. is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our Integrated Aquaculture Business across designated regions of Thailand including the Eastern, Central, and Southern areas. This position is responsible for strategically planning and executing sales initiatives, fostering strong client relationships with target customers such as distributors and shrimp farmers, and enhancing sales performance through insightful data analysis.

This role requires a dynamic individual who combines a deep understanding of aquaculture feed products with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, aimed at supporting sustainable farming practices and advancing business objectives. The ideal candidate will play an instrumental part in expanding market presence, optimizing sales channels, and delivering exemplary customer service with professionalism and integrity.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans specific to shrimp feed products in assigned territories to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of sales data and market trends to formulate strategies that enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency in the region.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, farmers, and other relevant partners to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and timely delivery of products.
  • Represent the company's interests with professionalism at industry events and customer meetings, showcasing product knowledge and the company's commitment to quality and innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Technology, Aquatic Production Technology, or related fields is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned regions are highly preferred, as the role involves frequent field visits.
  • Open to recent graduates who demonstrate enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to sales and customer interaction.
  • Previous experience in integrated aquaculture, sales, or related industries is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales or customer relationship management within the aquaculture or agricultural sectors will be highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with regional market dynamics and distribution channels in the Eastern, Central, or Southern regions of Thailand is advantageous.
  • Experience working with data-driven sales planning and the ability to interpret commercial metrics for performance improvement.
  • Proven track record of networking and building partnerships in a commercial environment.
  • Experience in conducting product presentations, participating in promotional activities, and managing customer inquiries effectively.
