Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategic implementation and continuous optimization of a global Human Capital Management (HCM) platform within CPF (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. This position is pivotal in empowering the HR functions across the organization by enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining HR processes through advanced HRIT expertise. The role requires a comprehensive approach to analyzing, designing, configuring, and maintaining various modules of the HCM system, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives and responsiveness to evolving organizational needs.

The incumbent will play a critical role in facilitating a user-centric and secure HCM environment, enabling data-driven decision-making and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. Through thought leadership and technical know-how, this position aims to unlock the full potential of the technology ecosystem supporting the Human Resources division.

Working within the Human Resources Time Attendance & Internal Applications Systems division, this role contributes significantly to CPF's digital transformation journey by driving innovation and operational excellence. The position is based at C.P.Tower 1, 21st Floor, where collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential to create sustainable value.

Job Description (Accountability)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of complex HCM projects, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and maximizing business value.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and benchmarking of existing HR processes across all functional modules, proposing and implementing optimizations aligned with industry-leading practices.
  • Drive agile and continuous configuration changes within the HCM platform, enabling dynamic adaptation to organizational shifts and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage master data governance strategically, ensuring accurate transition, quality control, and actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Design and maintain a robust, secure, and compliant system environment with meticulous permission management, protecting data integrity and organizational privacy.
  • Lead innovation initiatives through developing process designs, use case scenarios, and comprehensive testing protocols that enhance system resilience and user satisfaction.
  • Serve as a key problem solver for complex technical and operational challenges, delivering comprehensive solutions that support sustained business continuity and excellence.
  • Oversee configuration and rigorous testing for system upgrades and bug fixes, ensuring continuous performance improvements with minimal disruption.
  • Develop and deliver user training programs and resource materials that empower end-users, enhance proficiency, and maximize platform utilization organization-wide.
  • Act as the Tier 3 escalation point providing expert-level support to the Business team, facilitating timely resolution of critical issues.

Education Description

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or related fields. A strong educational background in IT provides the foundational technical knowledge necessary to navigate intricate HR technology ecosystems.

Additional formal education or certifications in Human Resources Management, Data Security, or Project Management would be advantageous, supporting a well-rounded understanding of both technology and HR process dynamics.

Continuous professional development is encouraged to stay abreast of emerging trends in HR technology and system administration, ensuring the role remains innovative and aligned with best practices.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience specializing in HR Technology, with a significant focus on the implementation, management, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering effectively with IT departments and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex system solutions.
  • Proven track record administering enterprise-level HR systems, ensuring high availability, data accuracy, and seamless user experience.
  • Experience driving HR digital transformation initiatives, including automation, process redesign, and change management strategies.
  • Practical involvement in deploying innovative technologies such as robotics process automation and artificial intelligence to enhance HR functions is highly desirable.

Knowledge

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR Technology platforms and the evolving digital landscape affecting human capital management.
  • Expert understanding of HR IT Operating Model design, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and organizational workflows.
  • Proficiency in realizing the value of HR technology investments through effective deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with robotics process automation and artificial intelligence applications within HR to drive operational efficiencies and improved employee experience.
  • In-depth expertise with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including talent management, core HR, and analytics.
  • Broad experience with the full lifecycle of Human Capital Management projects, covering both business/functional and technical perspectives.
