Job Purpose
Analyze and improve work processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations by continuously monitoring the enactment of laws, rules and regulations, including customers's code of conduct.
Job Description (Accountability)
- Monitor the enforcement of laws and regulations related to human rights and the employment of migrant workers.
- Review and improve the process of hiringmigrant workers from sending countries, including collaborating with relevant HRBPs to ensure sufficient labor supply for production.
- Work with stakeholders to support partnership projects with the Labour Protection Network (LPN).
- Provide consultation and recommendations on labor issues to support international trade.
- Conduct human rights risk and impact assessments within the established timeframe.

Education
Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Human Resource Development, or related fields
- 5-8 years of work experience
- Knowledge and understanding of policies, processes, and procedures in human resource management
- Experience in international export business
- Understanding the needs and expectations of international clients
- Maintain and enhance good relationships with stakeholders in all sectors
- Knowledge of human rights principles and ethical employment practices
