Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategic implementation and continual optimisation of a global Human Capital Management (HCM) platform within CPF (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. This position plays a pivotal role in empowering HR functions by enhancing organisational efficiency through leveraging in-depth HRIT expertise. The successful candidate will analyse, design, configure, and maintain diverse HCM modules, streamlining HR processes and improving data management. By providing expert guidance and support, this role ensures a secure, compliant, and user-centric HCM environment that is fully aligned with evolving business objectives and meets the dynamic needs of the organisation. The incumbent will act as a critical liaison between HR and IT departments, driving innovation and process improvements that contribute significantly to the overall digital transformation of the human resources function.

This role requires a proactive approach to managing complex projects, anticipating future organisational demands, and delivering scalable solutions that foster continuous improvement and operational excellence across all HR domains.

Job Description (Accountability)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery and successful adoption of complex HCM projects across global teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and maximising operational impact.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis, optimisation, and benchmarking of HR processes, ensuring they adhere to industry best practices and regulatory standards for all functional modules, including talent management, payroll, and workforce analytics.
  • Drive agile and timely configuration adjustments to the HCM platform, adapting seamlessly to changing business environments while maintaining system integrity and performance.
  • Strategically manage master data governance, ensuring accurate, consistent, and secure data migration, maintenance, and utilisation to enable insightful business decision-making.
  • Design and maintain a robust, secure, and governed HCM system environment through meticulous permission management, risk mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
  • Innovate through detailed process design, comprehensive use case development, and rigorous testing regimes to guarantee system robustness, reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Resolve complex operational and technical issues efficiently, providing end-to-end solutions that enhance system usability and organisational productivity.
  • Oversee system upgrades, bug fixes, and ongoing configuration enhancements to continually optimise platform performance and stability.

Experience

The ideal candidate will bring over two years of specialised experience in HR technology implementation and support, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors. Experience collaborating closely with Information Technology teams is essential to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR systems with broader IT infrastructure. Proven expertise in administering and optimising HR systems is required, with a demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of HR technology projects—from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support.

Additionally, experience in configuring system modules, managing data migration projects, and leading change management initiatives in a dynamic organisational environment will be highly valuable. Familiarity with global HR standards and legislative requirements will further enhance the candidate's ability to deliver compliant and efficient solutions.

Knowledge

This role demands comprehensive knowledge across multiple facets of HR technology and digital transformation, including:
