Job Description (Accountability)

  • Oversee and manage the overall occupational health, safety, and environmental (SHE) standards within the Swine Business unit, ensuring ongoing compliance with national laws and company policies.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and continuous monitoring of workplace environments to identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures that safeguard employee health and safety.
  • Develop, implement, and update SHE-related programs, policies, and training materials to enhance safety awareness and promote best practices across all operational levels.
  • Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes of workplace accidents or health issues, and ensure corrective actions are promptly executed to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to promote energy management, waste reduction, and sustainable farming practices aligned with ISO 14001:2015 and other relevant standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports related to SHE performance metrics, compliance audits, emergency drills, and regulatory inspections.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits, government inspections, and internal compliance reviews to uphold the company’s strong commitment to occupational health and safety excellence.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor Degrees in Occupational Health and Safety

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Age between 22–27 years.
• Able to work at farm locations in Phitsanulok and Kamphaeng Phet provinces.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and able to travel between farm sites as required.
