Job Purpose
Responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of utilities systems within a large-scale food industry company in Thailand. This role involves overseeing the efficient operation of various utility systems including but not limited to water treatment, steam generation, refrigeration, and waste management. The primary goal is to ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities while maximizing efficiency and minimizing environmental impact.
Job Description
1.Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of utility systems to meet production demands efficiently.
2.Monitor and analyze utility consumption patterns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize resource utilization.
3.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental regulations.
4.Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
5.Manage and supervise a team of technicians and operators to ensure safe and efficient operation of utility systems.
6.Develop and implement procedures for emergency response and contingency plans to mitigate risks related to utility disruptions.
7.Evaluate and recommend upgrades or investments in utility infrastructure to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
8.Maintain accurate records of utility consumption, maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance.
Education
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant position within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of utility systems including water treatment, steam generation, refrigeration, and waste management.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental standards related to utilities operations.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in industrial environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
