Job Purpose

Learning Strategic Planning and Alignment

  • Spearhead development of complex, enterprise-wide learning strategies that align with and drive long-term business objectives, propelling organizational performance and competitive advantage.
  • Orchestrate collaboration with key stakeholders to identify critical capabilities, anticipate skill gaps, and integrate learning strategies into overarching business and talent development plans.

Needs Assessment and Solution Design

  • Lead complex organizational assessments using advanced analytics to identify performance gaps and recommend strategic learning initiatives driving large-scale capability improvements.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of innovative, scalable learning ecosystems and curricula that leverage cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, partnering with internal subject matter experts and external thought leaders to achieve transformative learning and development objectives.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of organizational goals, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Regularly review and adjust learning strategies based on organizational performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a skills gap analysis framework.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of assessment results to identify performance trends and gaps

Competencies

Education

Bachelor Degrees in Learning Management or Instructional Design

Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in corporate learning and development, with at least 5 years in strategic roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Extensive experience in evaluating, implementing, and managing cutting-edge learning technologies and platforms.
  • Experience in conducting complex organizational assessments and translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex learning and development initiatives

Knowledge

Organizational Learning Theory and Practice

  • In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies
  • Knowledge of various learning models and their application in corporate settings

Change Management and Organizational Development

  • Understanding of change management models and their application in learning initiatives
  • Knowledge of organizational culture and its impact on learning effectiveness

Strategic Business Acumen

  • Strong understanding of business strategy and how learning initiatives support organizational goals
  • Knowledge of performance management principles and their integration with learning strategies

Instructional Design and Curriculum Development

  • Knowledge of curriculum design principles for diverse learning needs and modalities
  • Familiarity with microlearning and adaptive learning concepts

Measurement and Evaluation Frameworks

  • Knowledge of learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick's model, Phillips ROI Methodology)
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning and development
