Manage the operations of the agency to ensure efficiency and achieve quality products, optimal quantity, and production costs in accordance with the company's policies.

Job Description (Accountability)

1. Control and monitor operations to align with production plans and set objectives.
2. Manage workforce levels to align with production goals.
3. Plan and control technology within barns/hatcheries and ventilation systems to suit environmental conditions.
4. Evaluate animal health, including controlling and overseeing appropriate feeding, medication, vitamins, and vaccines for animals.
5. Control and manage animal welfare principles, supervising operations to comply with relevant standards.
6. Utilize various systems/software accurately.
7. Manage and train staff in animal husbandry tasks.
8. Strictly enforce farm/hatchery hygiene principles to prevent animal disease outbreaks.

Experience

0-3 years of experience in farm/hatchery management.

Knowledge

1. Farm/hatchery management
2. Farm/hatchery biosecurity to prevent animal disease outbreaks
3. Use of tools, equipment, technology, and farm/hatchery management software systems
4. Initial risk assessment and management

Skills Description
