Assist in developing annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional calendars for domestic and international markets.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer insights, and new opportunities in the pet food sector.

Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Brand & Product Management

Coordinate product launches, packaging development, and marketing communications.

Work closely with R&D, sales, and design teams to develop product claims, brand stories, and promotional assets.

Monitor and analyze product performance to recommend improvements or new initiatives.
Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage corporate social media channels, online campaigns, and content creation related to pet care and brand engagement.

Collaborate with agencies or influencers to enhance brand visibility and customer reach.

Track digital KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare monthly reports.
Trade Marketing & Events

Support trade marketing activities including POS materials, dealer promotions, and merchandising strategies.

Coordinate participation in exhibitions, pet expos, roadshows, and customer events.

Work with distributors and retail partners to drive sell-in and sell-out activities.
Marketing Operations

Manage marketing budgets, vendor coordination, and purchase processes.

Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and competitive reviews.

Ensure compliance with CPF brand standards and corporate communication guidelines.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing; experience in FMCG or pet food/pet care industry is a plus.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the pet industry.

Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and basic analytics tools.

Creative mindset with strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
