Job Description (Accountability)
- Monitoring, inspecting disease prevention and diagnosis measures, animal health management, use of vaccines and antibiotics in company farms and promotion farms to produce efficient products and food safety standards for consumers.
- Implement contingency plan measures in case of finding new emerging diseasess to prevent and minimize damage to business operations.
- Training to provide knowledge on disease and disease prevention to farm personnel and meet the standards of the Department of Livestock Development.
- Conduct research, testing, and experimentation. Find new processes, new products, and new technologies in disease prevention and control to increase efficiency and reduce production costs of the business.
- Research, develop and propose veterinary operation methods using modern knowledge and technology for developing animal health management systems. Diagnosis and prevention of disease.
- Convey and be a consultant on animal health. Managing critical diseases for teams and relavant units.
- Become a representative participating in dissemination activities, and exchange veterinary knowledge with both internal and external organizations to create a positive image for the organization and contribute knowledge to its development.
Job Purpose
Conduct supervision, monitoring, controlling and tracing the disease prevention and control, animal health care, including animal welfare. Conducting research, Extending innovation to create efficiency and quality products that are safe for consumers. Tracability to ensure business sustainability.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Veterinary Medicine or related field.
- Valid Veterinary Professional License.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in veterinary services within livestock or poultry businesses.
- Experience in team management or veterinary service management is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Disease Prevention, Biosecurity, Vaccination Programs, and Animal Health Management.
- Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressure.

At least 6 years of experiences

1. Veterinary knowledge and practice
