Job Purpose

Supporting sales and production for both general customers and internal clients involves various tasks. It starts with tracking and receiving orders, coordinating to prepare products for customers requiring bags and 50-kilogram bags. Planning for delivery schedules of these products and listening to feedback from customers are also crucial aspects of this support role.

Job Description (Accountability)

I receive product orders and make necessary changes daily. I check product demands against stock and production plans every day. I negotiate and adjust products when orders cannot be fulfilled. I submit purchase orders for approval through the system daily. I monitor approvals for customers whose requests have been denied by sales area managers every day. I open product release forms and place orders between factories 2-3 times per week. Additionally, I issue transfer forms, shipping invoices, and delivery notifications daily. I plan and coordinate daily shipment schedules for 50-kilogram bags and collaborate on product preparation plans. I monitor product readiness statuses with production units (Silo) and warehouse (bag) daily. Furthermore, I track product shelf-life nearing standard storage limits daily. I monitor production and sales situations to assess daily sales. Lastly, I track daily plans for delivering 50-kilogram bags.

-มีประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปีขึ้นไป
-สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
