Job Purpose

Supervise and manage customer farms in terms of health, establish a biosecurity system to monitor disease outbreaks in the area, and develop farm standards according to the regulations of the Department of Livestock Development. This aims to prevent major disease outbreaks and enhance farm productivity, as well as develop livestock farms into disease-free environments for customers

Job Description (Accountability)

1. Provide livestock health services (swine/poultry) to customers' farms according to the type of livestock under responsibility, aiming to maintain disease-free farms with standardized disease prevention systems and low veterinary medication costs. This supports customers in achieving profitable and sustainable business operations, leading to business expansion and increased production and sales value of swine/poultry products.
2. Assist in managing livestock health on customers' farms, including vaccination programs, control of medication and chemical use within the farm, and sample collection (blood, sick animals, feed, water, manure, etc.) for health assessment and disease diagnosis.
3. Develop a biosecurity system in customers' farms, including Biosecurity Checklist systems and AI Farm Lab systems.
4. Provide academic services, including laboratory result analysis for customers, consultancy on livestock health management, conducting experiments, and innovation development with customer farms. Also, participate in meetings to monitor and summarize operations with customer farms.
5. Participate in various special business events such as customer relations activities, meetings, and opportunities.
6. Manage farm data such as customer farm animal quantities, standard farm quantities, and disease outbreak data from both domestic and international sources.
7. Coordinate with government agencies and livestock-related associations, participate in government meetings to exchange ideas, and collaborate on assigned or responsible activities.
8. Coordinate and collaborate with related units both within and outside the organization, such as academic and veterinary services, poultry technical offices, terrestrial animal pharmaceutical businesses, animal nutrition departments, Department of Livestock Development, etc., to enhance livestock management efficiency or jointly implement various projects.
