Job Purpose

AXONS is seeking a Product Delivery for AI SDLC to own the delivery and day-to-day operation of an enterprise platform for governing AI-assisted application development. This is a technical product-delivery role requiring development and platform understanding, not a configuration-only or rollout-support position.

Job Description (Accountability)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store, tenant, organisation/department structure, branding, categories and application catalogue.
• Coordinate SSO, roles, access, quotas, secrets, connectors and environment configuration.
• Plan releases, deployment windows, changes, rollback, maintenance and user communication.
• Operate app-submission workflow and ensure approval packages are complete.
• Deliver onboarding, workshops, builder-cohort support and rollout to business units.
• Provide L1 support, analyse logs/APIs/pipeline status and route incidents to the correct owner.
• Coordinate L2 support, defects, patches, upgrades and SLA with Muze.
• Track adoption, lead time, support, reliability, consumption and cost-allocation metrics.
• Manage platform backlog, service improvements and the boundary between standard capability and custom integration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in technical product delivery, platform operations, DevOps, application delivery, technical product ownership or application support.
• Software-development foundation with the ability to read code, APIs, logs, configuration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of cloud/container, IAM/RBAC, secrets, connectors and monitoring.
• Experience in release, change, incident, problem and vendor/SLA management.
• Strong requirement, backlog, UAT, rollout, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to interpret platform metrics and improve adoption, service quality and cost.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, developer platforms or internal app stores is an advantage.
