Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing the production planning of aquatic animal feed and coordinating the transfer of food between facilities. I also plan the transportation logistics for food delivery, ensuring it meets customer requirements and complies with company policies and various quality system standards. My responsibilities include gathering and processing diverse data, conducting preliminary cost analyses of production for management, and supervising the procurement of packaging materials to ensure an adequate supply for production

Job Description (Accountability)

1.Production Planning: Define and develop short-term and long-term production plans, create weekly and monthly production schedules, and plan the use of various resources.
2.Monitor and Control Production Processes: Ensure production processes adhere to plans and set goals, monitor production progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
3.Time Management in Production: Plan and manage production timelines to ensure timely completion, and efficiently manage the use of resources.
4.Data Compilation and Monitoring: Summarize and track daily production, sales, and inventory data for factory analysis and evaluation of product movements.
5.Packaging Procurement Planning: Plan and coordinate packaging procurement, collaborate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient production to meet customer demands, and summarize production estimates for aquatic feed formulation department.
6.Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze production data to assess efficiency and identify issues, compile summary reports on production, and present findings to management.
7.Coordination with Internal and External Units: Coordinate with internal and external units to facilitate smooth production and ensure products meet customer demand.

Experience

Experience in aquatic animal feed production planning for at least 0-3 years.
