Job Description (Accountability)

• Oversee the production process to ensure all manufacturing activities align with pre-established plans and schedules, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality products that meet company standards.
• Monitor and manage production expenses meticulously to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining product costs within specified budgets, contributing to overall profitability.
• Provide clear and effective guidance to team members, ensuring tasks are executed correctly and consistently in accordance with company standards, safety protocols, and job requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, and logistics to coordinate production activities, foster interdepartmental cooperation, and support the seamless execution of manufacturing operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, recommending and supporting corrective actions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all production stages, promoting a safe workplace for all employees.
• Prepare detailed production reports and maintain accurate records for management review, aiding in strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of production and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential to analyze data, generate reports, and support planning activities effectively.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly advantageous, enhancing the ability to plan, track, and optimize production workflows.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities to manage complex production challenges.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to mentor colleagues and coordinate across departments ensuring smooth production operations.
• Commitment to upholding quality and safety standards within a manufacturing environment.
