Job Purpose

Overseeing and managing the entire production process to ensure that it meets the company's targets and standards in terms of quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.

Job Description (Accountability)

1.Plan and set production goals for both short-term and long-term periods, outlining resource utilization plans such as raw materials, machinery, and workforce to ensure that production processes adhere to specified plans.
2.Control and monitor all production processes to meet predefined plans and standards. Track production progress and address any issues that arise during manufacturing management.
3.Efficiently manage various resources such as raw materials, labor, and machinery. Monitor and control resource usage according to the designated budget.
4.Supervise and ensure product quality meets standards and specifications. Collaborate with the quality control department to inspect and resolve quality-related issues.
5.Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
6.Manage the production team to work efficiently and align with organizational goals. Train and develop the skills of production department employees.
7.Prepare and review production-related documents such as production reports, resource utilization reports, and quality reports.
8.Control, command, and delegate tasks in production to align with predefined production plans.
9.Adhere to safety and environmental requirements related to production, including international standards such as quality systems, environmental management systems, safe animal feed production systems, Thai labor standards, and other relevant standards.

Experience

Having more than 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including quality control processes, in business.

Knowledge

- Expertise in machinery and mechanical equipment within manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge in production management.
