As an Animal Health Technical Service Advisor, responsible crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to customers in the animal health industry. Responsibilities will include offering guidance on the usage of animal health products, addressing customer inquiries, and providing technical training and support.

Job Description

• Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding animal health products and their application.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper usage and administration of animal health products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights and support in customer meetings and presentations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to animal health products, offering timely and effective solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide up-to-date technical guidance.
• Work closely with the research and development team to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.

Job Specification

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Poultry Science, Livestock Production, Veterinary Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in broiler production, poultry farm management, technical service, or contract farming will be an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of broiler production, poultry farm management, nutrition, biosecurity, and disease prevention.
• Understanding of broiler production performance indicators such as FCR, ADG, Livability, Mortality, Body Weight, and EPEF.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify production issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with contract farmers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports, analyze production data, and present findings.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to travel frequently and work in upcountry farm locations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
