Job Description: 

Job Purpose

Take care of and develop the five-star business training booth , Organize training for five-star business franchises Including coordinating training and development
Personnel within the organization collect information, summarize results, and prepare training reports.

Job Description (Accountability)

1. Take care and develop the Five Star business trainer booth:
• This involves selecting and preparing a working file to sell sufficient training documents.
• Coordinating and sending new franchisees to training points.
• Collecting and summarizing the results of the number of training booths.
2. Develop new franchises of five-star businesses:
• Coordinating training delivery to suit new franchisees.
• Checking the readiness of the QSC system at new sales booths in each area.
• Preparing flyers and providing knowledge materials at the event for each business booth.
3. Sales staff training system:
• Organizing training for new employees and coordinating annual training for sales staff.
4. Supporting special activities under the CPF WAY principles.

Education Description

ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปทางด้าน บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Experience

3-5 years of experience in training development work.

Knowledge

• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office at an advanced level.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.

Skills Description

• Project management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in designing images for presentations.
• A strong commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
