Job Purpose

As a Maintenance Technician at Dynamic Transport Co., Ltd., located at KM.26 Rest Area Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal operation and longevity of our transportation and service equipment. You will be a key contributor within the Maintenance and Stevedoring Division of the Domestic Transportation Business, providing hands-on support in repair and maintenance tasks necessary to minimise downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will help maintain a safe and productive work environment, supporting our mission to deliver reliable and efficient transportation services.

This role demands a proactive approach to identifying maintenance needs, diagnosing faults, and implementing effective repair solutions. You will collaborate closely with other team members to uphold our standards of safety, quality, and timely service delivery.

Education Description

A minimum of a vocational diploma or equivalent qualification in mechanical maintenance, electrical engineering, automotive repair, or a related technical field is essential. Certifications in safety procedures and equipment handling will be advantageous.

Educational background should provide a solid foundation in practical maintenance skills, diagnostic techniques, and the principles of machinery operation to effectively perform assigned duties.

Ongoing commitment to professional learning through workshops and technical courses is encouraged to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards.

Experience

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair work within the transportation or logistics sector is highly valued. Prior exposure to working on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, including heavy vehicles and warehouse equipment, will greatly benefit candidates.
  • Experience in diagnosing complex mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions with minimal supervision is important for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with health and safety management practices as applied in maintenance operations will support compliance and risk mitigation efforts.
