Job Purpose

  • รับผิดชอบการผลิตสัตว์ ดูแลและจัดการฟาร์ม/โรงฟัก ให้ได้สัตว์ที่มีปริมาณและคุณภาพตรงตามเป้าหมาย

Job Description (Accountability)

  1. ควบคุมการผลิตสัตว์ ในโรงเรือน/โรงฟักที่รับผิดชอบให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
  2. ควบคุมการอนุบาลสัตว์ระยะแรก การให้ยาปฏิชีวนะ วิตามิน การทำวัคซีน การจัดการระบบระบายอากาศภายในโรงเรือนและการใช้ระบบ EVAP
  3. ตรวจเช็คสุขภาพของสัตว์ ตลอดจนการผลการเลี้ยงเพื่อแจ้งให้สัตวแพทย์เพื่อติดตามป้องกันโรค และรักษาทุกสัปดาห์
  4. ควบคุมการส่งเลือด ตัวอย่าง น้ำ อาหารสัตว์ วัสดุรองพื้น ชิ้นเนื้อสัตว์ ให้ห้องปฏิบัติการตรวจสอบตามโปรแกรมที่กำหนด
  5. ควบคุมดูแลการให้อาหาร การให้น้ำ และการใช้แสงสว่าง ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
  6. ควบคุมดูแลและตรวจเช็คอุปกรณ์ภายในเล้าให้อยู่ในสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา
  7. จัดทำสรุปรายงานผลการเลี้ยงประจำวันรายงานผู้จัดการฟาร์ม/โรงฟัก
  8. ควบคุมการทำงานของพนักงานเลี้ยงสัตว์  และถ่ายทอดวิธีการเลี้ยง เพื่อให้ความรู้และเพื่อการปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้อง
  9. ให้ความรู้และสอนงานพนักงานรวมถึงพนักงานใหม่เพื่อปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
  10. ควบคุมดูแลพนักงานให้มีวินัยในการทำงานปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับในการทำงาน ประกาศ และนโยบายของบริษัท
  11. ปฏิบัติ ตามระบบบริหารจัดการด้านระบบ เช่น ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001, SHE &En, และข้อกำหนดลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง
  12. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตาม จป. หัวหน้างาน
  13. ปฏิบัติตามหลักสุขาภิบาลฟาร์ม/โรงฟัก อย่างเคร่งครัดเพื่อป้องการโรคระบาดสัตว์

Competencies

Education

Bachelor Degrees in Animal Science

Experience

  • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานการจัดการฟาร์ม-โรงฟัก 0-2 ปี

Knowledge

  1. มีความรู้ในการจัดการด้านฟาร์ม/โรงฟัก
  2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ ไฟฟ้า ประปา
  3. มีความรู้การใช้เครื่องมือ-อุปกรณ์ เทคโนโลยี และระบบโปรแกรมการจัดการฟาร์ม/โรงฟัก
  4. มีความรู้เรื่องสุขาภิบาลฟาร์มเพื่อป้องกันโรคระบาดสัตว์

Skills

  1. การควบคุมการบริหารทีมงาน/การติดตามงาน
  2. การบันทึก-ตรวจสอบ-วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต
