Supervise, control, and monitor operations to ensure compliance with standards, laws, and company regulations as defined in the responsible area for Mobility, Exit Management, Time Management & Absence, and Employee Relations. The aim is to achieve effectiveness in line with goals, reduce the operational time of employees, and maximize customer satisfaction. This includes analyzing, controlling, and improving processes to maintain uniform standards, reducing steps by incorporating technology to achieve effective results in line with objectives.
Job Description (Accountability)
- Supervise, control, and oversee the establishment of work standards for the BU Support unit, set success measurement criteria (KPIs), and analyze to find in-depth and long-term solutions for the team:

- Leave & Absence Administration
- Employee Relation Management
- Social Security Office
- Employment of People with Disabilities
- Provide support data for analysis and collaborate with HRBP of each business to find solutions.
- Ensure compliance with the standards of the Human Resources system and maintain traceable data verification.
- Develop and elevate the team to have a service mindset and comprehensive knowledge of all operational aspects.
- Creatively manage Human Resources services by actively involving modern technology to enhance operational efficiency, reduce steps, and cut costs.
