Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the comprehensive planning, overseeing, and execution of installation, maintenance, and repair activities for machinery and equipment within the production line, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
• Conduct detailed analysis of mechanical systems and production processes to identify opportunities for enhancements that drive higher performance and reliability of equipment.
• Design and develop specialized production tools and mechanical devices that increase operational efficiency and contribute to process innovation.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of technical maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality protocols during execution of mechanical tasks.
• Collaborate with diverse departments—including production, quality assurance, and engineering teams—to troubleshoot mechanical issues and develop integrated solutions that support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, maintenance records, and reports to support operational transparency and informed decision-making.
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with all relevant mechanical engineering codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
