Job Purpose
Plan and Be Responsible for overseeing safety, occupational health, and environmental aspects in the workplace to ensure compliance with laws and company policies. This includes creating a safe working environment and providing knowledge and awareness on safety to all employees.
Job Description (Accountability)
1.'Inspect and recommend compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental laws in the workplace.
2.Implement and monitor safety activities according to the annual plan.
3.Conduct safety patrol activities to inspect safety areas.
4.Provide guidance, training, and education to employees on safety.
5.Summarize and prepare safety reports for government agencies as required by law.
6.Inspect, assess, and measure the work environment.
7.Conduct hazard identification activities, analyze causes, and establish preventive measures, corrective actions, and improvements.
8.Assess workplace safety risks.
9.Develop emergency plans and conduct annual emergency and fire drill exercises.
10.Organize meetings for the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Committee.
11.Supervise and inspect the work of contractors and individuals working within the company to ensure compliance with work safety regulations.
12.Manage the Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Energy (SHE&En) standards system.
13.Collect statistics, analyze data, and prepare reports, including recommendations on incidents and occupational illnesses related to safety.
14.Regularly report the progress, problems, and obstacles of occupational health, safety, and environmental work to management.
15.Create manuals and standards on workplace safety for employees or relevant individuals to use.
16.Coordinate safety operations with various internal and external units, including relevant government agencies.
Education
Experience
Experience in occupational health, safety, environmental, and energy management for a minimum of 8 years.
Knowledge
-Understanding of laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety
-Risk analysis and risk assessment methods in the workplace

-Planning and implementation of safety and health programs in the workplace
-Investigation and analysis of accidents, near misses, and writing reports

-Understanding of principles and techniques of environmental and energy management related to work
