Job Description

1. Innovative Process Design & Continuous Improvement:
1.1 Initiate, manage and support Supply Chain Managemnet (SCM) projects related to operational
processes and work improvement in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Excellence System
1.2 Develop processes that enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness across Supply
Chain Managemnet (SCM) departments with innovative thinking.
1.3 Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process
improvement in both internal and external team/company
1.4 Monitor, measure and report on the progress of Continuous Improvement initiatives and
investment status

2. Data-Driven Insights:
2.1 Design and implement advanced analytics and reporting to support informed decision-making
and continuous improvement.
2.2 Report SCM KPI with advanced analytics for causes and appropricate actions

3. Training and Mentorship:
3.1 Train new SCM team members and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of change and
excellence.
3.2 Create and maintain a culture of Continuous Improvement within the organization
3.3 Set and develop annual SCM training program related to competency proficiency Level

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Engineer or any related field)
- At least 10 years of experience working in process improvement and project management from
manufacturing, warehouse, transportation and distribution
- Working experience related to production planning, inventory planning, material planning and
procurement
- Experience using process improvement or project management methodologies.า
- Have Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM, Kaizen
- Have knowledge in Project Management.
- Good understanding of Quality Tools, Statistics and Applications
- Good problem-solving skills and able to work under deadlines and handle multiple and detailoriented
tasks.
- Good communication and influencer.
- Have leadership skills in driving projects

ปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (จันทร์-เสาร์) เวลา 08.00 - 17.00 น.
