Job Description (Accountability)
• Lead the Consumer and Market Insights team, overseeing all research projects and activities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive research strategies to gather consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Utilize various research methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, and data analytics to collect and interpret data effectively.
• Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives to support business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales to align insights with business strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Prepare and present insightful reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage budget allocation for research projects and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and new research techniques to continuously enhance the CMI function.
Experience
Proven experience in Consumer and Market Insights, Market Research, or related roles, with at least 7 years in a managerial capacity.
Knowledge
• Knowledge in market and consumer analysis.
