Job Description: 

Job Purpose

Operate and supervise and be responsible for activities related to export-import of foreign sales businesses. To be accurate and fast Efficient and correct according to organizational policies and regulations

Job Description (Accountability)

  • Carry out export work through the SAP HANA system to be efficient.
  • Check the preparation of various documents that related to export-import.
  • Take care of documents for purchasing products from the factory (PURCHASE ORDER).
  • Follow exchange rates of major currencies To report to the sales team5. Carry out work on importing products from abroad and issuing related documents. Including issuing sales documents within the country through the SAP HANA system and coordinating with relevant agencies. 
  • Take care of preparing various documents related to foreign sales.
  • Prepare various Master Data related to import and export work.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in The International Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or related field.
  • Good command in Englist is a must.
  • Experience working wiht freight forwarders & customer agentcy.
  • Knowledge of Thai customs regulations, import/export procedures & FTA usage.
  • Proficient in Ms.Office, ERP Systems(SAP-HANA System) is an advantage.
