Job Purpose

Perform maintenance and upkeep of equipment or machinery within the factory to prevent operational interruptions. Ensure that the animal feed production process or any other work processes continue seamlessly, allowing the delivery of products and services to customers with high quality, meeting the company's established standards.

Job Description (Accountability)

1. Plan and execute maintenance work for the machinery under your responsibility, ensuring expertise in maintenance and machinery. Act as a consultant to less experienced maintenance technicians.
2. Oversee the testing of machinery during installation to ensure it functions correctly before actual use.
3. Manage repair notifications, follow up on maintenance outcomes, and participate in the inspection and acceptance of repairs for the machinery you are responsible for.
4. Improve and install production process equipment based on suggestions to reduce production costs.
5. Understand the principles of machinery operation (conveying, grinding, mixing, pelleting, etc.) and partial Plant Control from start to end. Make decisions on spare parts management.
6. Requisition and order spare parts for machinery and have knowledge of machine spare parts to make replacements independently.
7. Enhance machinery efficiency using Kaizen methods to reduce costs.
8. Monitor and resolve calibration issues for measuring instruments and equipment in the process, ensuring compliance with national standards.
9. Coordinate with all departments within the factory for maintenance and upkeep of machinery.
10. Adhere to quality and food safety standards such as ISO9001, GHPs, HACCP, COMPARTMENT, GMP Plus, Global GAP, RWA, PS7818, TESCO, KFC, etc. Also, comply with organizational sustainability and labor standards such as SHE&En, TIS 8001-2563, ISO14001, innovation standards like ISO56002, and other relevant standards including ISO27001, TPM, CPExcellence.
