1. Brand Building

 - Develop brand marketing strategies which including new menu launch plan, marketing communications both strategies and executions

 2. New product/ menu launch

 - Lead in new product concept, value proposition, launch plan, strategies and ensure end to end execution process for impactful launch

 - Monitor sales performance and conduct analysis on new product and come up with tactical plan to drive more trial and sales

 - Manage sku rationalization from time to time to ensure high sales and profit generators are focused

 - Work closely with R&D, Operations, Procurement, etc to ensure smooth product launch

 3. Marketing communications

 - Develop communications strategies and execution plan to drive awareness on social media platform e.g. TikTok, FB, IG, Line OA, etc. as well as aggegrators' platforms e.g. Lineman, Grab Food, Shopee Food, etc.

 - Develop communications and activation idea for Chester's local stores to drive traffic and generate sales

 - Work closely with creative agency, social media agency, graphic designer and provide valid input for creative or graphic works

 - Initiatives to create storytelling content with creativities to gain consumers engagement and brand recognition

4. Commercial marketing

 - Drive traffic and instore visibilities of eat-in (dine-in), catering channel, etc.

 - Initiate promotion, activities to drive sales across nationwide

 - Deep dive analysis on sales channel, menu, categories, etc. and initiate action plan to quick win

5. Special project management

 - Responsible for special projects assigned by BU

6. Control Marketing investment within given budget

7. Lead and Coach 4-6 team members

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree : Business Administration / Marketing / Communications Art/ Digital or related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, new product development or trademarketing  in restaurant or food chain business, retails, FMCG, or related fields
  • Brand marketing and commercial management, product commercialization, digital/ social media savvy, understand restaurant/ food chain business and competitive landscape
  • Experienced in restaurant/ food chain business is a plus
  • Proficiency in English communications; both understanding and speaking
  • Logical with strategic thinking and analytical skill
  • Creativities, flexible, well-organized, able to work under pressure and dynamic working culture
  • Hands on and details oriented
  • Able to lead and manage direct reports and also play role as a good team member
  • Excellence in Powerpoint, Excel, Google analytics,
  • Keen on social media tools and understanding other digtial tools e.g. GDN, SEM, Live
