Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution channels, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, promoting products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in assigned territories or channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned.
  • Manage and expand customer base in designated areas (e.g., HORECA, Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Food Service)
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Present and promote food & beverage products to customers and distributors.
  • Negotiate prices, promotions, and trade terms to close sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Support product launch activities and promotional campaigns.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt problem resolution.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage industry).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Service-minded, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of sales process and customer management.
  • Able to travel and work in the field regularly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Own a car and a valid driving license (preferred).
  • Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
