1.Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and certifications.
2.Conduct regular audits and assessments of the QMS to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.
3.Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles, procedures, and documentation requirements.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and document quality objectives, targets, and performance indicators.
Monitor and analyze quality data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
5.Coordinate with regulatory agencies and certification bodies to obtain and maintain required certifications and approvals.
6.Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, complaints, and non-conformities in a timely manner.
7.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management systems.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related position within the food industry, with a focus on standard systems and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge
1.In-depth understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP).
2.Knowledge of food safety regulations, standards, and requirements (e.g., FDA, FSSC 22000, BRC).
3.Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality improvement techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
