Job Description (Accountability)
Responsibilities:
- Deal with the Import and Export documents, in term of sales and purchase contracts, etc
- Follow up shipment and check documents of invoices, packing lists, B/L with Supplier and shipping.
- Checking the accuracy of import-export documents: Invoices, packing lists, B/L.
- Handling claimed process with insurance company or Supplier in case of quality problems or incorrect shipment (damaged goods, shortage, overage)
- Checking the business trading flow both domestic and overseas trades
- Provide and support information for trading team
- Coordinate work process or project within the team as well as suppliers.
- Serving as a backup officer for the overseas trading department to ensure smooth business continui
Skills:

Excellent documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

Understanding of import/export flow and documentation (plus point).

Knowledge of Incoterms and GAFTA trade (plus point).

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Teamwork and people skills at both personal and professional levels.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

3–7 years of proven experience in import–export or international trading.

Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing), with strong communication skills in a global business environment.
