Job Purpose

CPF Ventures is the Corporate Venture and Strategic Transformation team under CPF CEO’s Office. We work at the intersection of venture building, AI transformation, startup partnerships, and new business creation to drive future growth and transformation across CPF.

We are looking for a Venture Manager to lead and drive strategic initiatives, venture projects, and business transformation programs across the organization. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong execution capability, stakeholder management, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Description (Accountability)

• Lead and drive venture building and strategic transformation initiatives across CPF business units
• Work closely with business units and stakeholders to identify business challenges, operational gaps, and new growth opportunities
• Support development and scaling of new business models, venture initiatives, and transformation programs
• Translate strategic ideas into executable initiatives with measurable business impact
• Independently manage high-impact cross-functional projects from initiation to execution
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Ensure projects move with speed, accountability, and execution discipline
• Track KPIs, business impact, and overall project performance
• Prepare management updates, executive presentations, and project summaries
• Work closely with internal business units, startups, technology partners, and external stakeholders

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in business transformation, strategic projects, consulting, venture building, corporate innovation, or PMO
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to independently lead and drive complex initiatives
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
• High ownership, proactive mindset, and strong execution capability
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and highly dynamic environment
