Role & Responsibilities

• Applies basic food science knowledge in ingredient functionality and process technology to develop new or improve existing products
• Initiate R&D innovation which results in the development of new products to support marketing program/ promotion to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and achieve company’s business goals
• Research and develop new products for the company using lab method for food quality
• Calculate product costs 
• Contact with suppliers and research for new material
• Testing new materials
• Improve products to better quality with low cost 
• Plan the test run in factory before launch new product 
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in food science , or related.
• Good English communication skills.
• at least 5 years’ experience in food industry as a R&D 
• Experience in new product development
• Excellent team working skills and stakeholder management.

Working Conditions:

• Working Location: Klaeng, Rayong
• Working Day: Mon - Sat
• Working Hour: 8.00 - 17.00
