Deputy Director - Warehouse & Distribution

• Drive innovation through people, process and technology; maximize the Supply Chain functions.
• Establish and execute strategic initiatives related to operations, supply chain, sales operations, customer service and distribution and logistics across the company’s broad product categories.
• Develop and maintain a robust set of departmental dashboards and KPI’s to monitor and measure performance.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while providing expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
• Establish long-term operations objectives that are aligned with business goals.
• Work cross-functionally with Commercial, HR , Production , EN , Finance and Technology partners to achieve performance objectives and strategic goals for the business
• Pioneer concepts designed to lead cost reduction and value improvement activity, continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste
• Integrate new businesses
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure revenue and budget objectives are met, expanded on, and actively follow through on them.
• Direct and develop a safety culture that engages all employees in the initiative of zero injuries
• Provide leadership: supports, motivates, directs and retains high-caliber staff.
• Establish and manage business metrics in ERP system; ensure data integrity and appropriate system maintenance, including upgrades and new integrations
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external customers; assist as needed with problem solving and customer relationship management
• Mange team to deliver result as KPI Target 
• Plan organize chart to relied business growth 
• Improvement efficiency / productivity and skills of team member
