Control and monitoring operation W/H & Logistics as Customer requirement. Manage expense as budgeting and ensure all operation process align with GMP and Safety. Drive operation process align with business strategy. Support operation budget, Inventory expense, Logistics expense and Investment average.

• Establish and present operational guidelines and investment plans to ensure efficient and effective management operations and outcomes.
• Develop annual expense budgets, monitor and control costs associated with warehousing and product delivery to minimize company costs while ensuring customer satisfaction in both quality and service.
• Create personnel development plans and work improvement plans in the warehouse and distribution areas to establish systems that are convenient, fast, safe, clean, and compliant with quality management and GMP 5S standards.
• Monitor and control the performance of departments/sections under supervision to ensure compliance with plans or alignment with changes in business operations.
• Plan the structure and allocate manpower appropriately to warehouse activities to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as production, sales, accounting, customers, and transport contractors to ensure orderly storage and distribution of goods.
• Supervise and ensure that employees adhere to policies, requirements, and work procedures related to quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and working environment.
• Maintain the position and fulfill the responsibilities of safety management personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree or higher in college, Majoring in Industrial Engineer, Logistics Engineer, SCM & Logistics Management

• At least 8-10 years in Warehouse & Logistics Management preferably in the Food or FMCG sectors.
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership skills and Innovation Implementation
•  Proficient in warehouse management systems and SCM logistics management , Wearhouse management system, SAP system and WMS
•  Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, safety standards and ISO systems
